Just a quick reminder that we have a Captain’s led skate this evening at Old Foothills at 5pm followed by a team dinner (hosted by the Ferguson’s) after. Please let us know if you are not able to make it.

Friday, February 3rd @ 8:30pm – Varsity vs Castle View at The Edge (Home) SENIOR NIGHT!
Saturday, February 4th @ 5:15pm JV vs. Standley Lake at The Ice Center at Promenade – Blue Rink (Away) **
Saturday, February 4th @ 6:30pm – Varsity Practice at The Ice Ranch
* Players will be excused from school for this game at 1pm.
** Bus will pick players up at DR at 3:15pm and take them to the Ice Center at Promenade. They will return to DR after the game.

Please note the game is on Saturday not Friday. We are working on updating the sign-up genius.
SENIOR NIGHT
Our Varsity game on Friday is our Senior night. Parents and seniors, please arrive at the rink early and be ready to start lining up by 8pm. If we can get out on the ice early, we will. Also – I sent an email to all seniors and senior parents yesterday asking for information. This is due no later than Tuesday so I can finish the script and send to our announcer before the game. Please be respectful of this deadline. We don’t have a ton of ice time for the ceremony and we have 13 seniors so we need to make sure things go as smoothly as possible. 🙂
END OF SEASON BANQUET
Please save the date for our end of season banquet! It will be held on March 9th at 6:30pm. More info to follow at a later date.
HOCKEY DAY – SOUTH AREA SCHOOL
Jeffco Athletics is having “Hockey Day” on February 16, 2023 at Bear Creek High School. DR hockey players have volunteered at this event in the past. The players would need to be at Bear Creek HS around 930am and will be done around 12pm.  They would be officiating games on the “3 rinks”; two in the large gym and 1 in the small gym. Please let us or Coach Travis know if your player can participate in this event.
